Crislin Christian-Frazier

Crislin’s current role is the Operations & Communications Manager at Free Spirit Media, where they are responsible for leading all internal and external operational and communications initiatives. In this position, they align our organizational strategies with our core values and streamline processes that connect different departments to improve overall capacity and functionality.

Before this, Crislin served as the Operations Coordinator at the Perception Institute, based in Brooklyn, NY, and as the Production & Operations Assistant at Informing Change, based in the Bay Area. Their main focus in operations is to simplify complex processes that enable our team to bring quality programs and engagements to our community. Crislin’s work in nonprofit-based learning and arts spaces is driven by their experience founding Critical Youth Media, fusing their passion for community arts, youth engagement, and media literacy.

Crislin envisions a world where systems work for people (not the other way around), providing everyone with the time and opportunity to pursue personal passions that bring them true fulfillment.
